Just a few things about Wall Heath

Wall Heath is a village situated near the edge of the West Midlands and Staffordshire borders in England.

It is ten miles north of Kidderminster and seven miles south of Wolverhampton along the main A449 road.

For some reason it just does not appear on many maps but you can find it on Ordnance Survey Landranger Map Number 139 (reference 139/881897)

The road signs welcoming visitors to the village are incorrectly spelt showing the name as one word ! (Wallheath)

The village now has approximately 5000 inhabitants.

Our village has produced three professional cricketers who were all capped by Worcestershire – Jack Flavell who went on to play for England, Paul Pridgeon and Stuart Lampitt.

You can check the weather forecast in Kingswinford on the BBC Weather website but not the weather in Wall Heath!
